Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped within 3 days of being received unless otherwise noted.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are permitted on unused merchandise if returned within 30 days.
Training courses may be cancelled with two weeks notice without a penalty. If cancelled within two weeks of training date, a $50 administrative fee will be assessed. There is no penalty for rescheduling training.
Inclement Weather Policy: When the Shawnee Mission School District is closed due to weather, The CPR Lady will cancel its regularly scheduled classes. Private classes are are cancelled at the discretion of the client.

A Two years.

A Yes, if there are six or more students.
